Gord Brown holds pre-budget meetings

Brockville – Gord Brown, Member of Parliament for Leeds-Grenville, will hold two pre-budget consultations during the week of January 17-21. As well, he will meet with constituents one-on-one to discuss federal issues.

“These meetings have been popular for the past two years and always result in excellent suggestions,” says Brown.

The first pre-budget meeting takes place Wednesday, January 19 from 1-2:30 pm at the Royal Brock Quality Inn in Brockville. The second takes place at the North Grenville Municipal Center Studio B in Kemptville from 1-2:30 pm on Thursday, January 20.

The pre-budget sessions are open and people can arrive and leave as they require.

Submissions should be in writing and if you wish you can provide a verbal summary of the submission at the session.

For those who can not attend the sessions submission can be dropped off at or mailed to Brown’s constituency office at 27 King Street East, Brockville, ON  K6V 1A7. They should arrive by January 21.

Brown will also be meeting individually with constituents at three locations next week. No appointments are necessary.

On Wednesday, January 19 from 10 am to noon he will be at the Prescott Town Hall.

On Thursday, January 20, from 10 am to noon, he will be in the CAP room at the North Grenville Municipal Center.

On Friday, January 21, from 9 am to 11 am, he will be at the Emergency Services Building in Gananoque.
